Parking

Parking in Trier around the Hotel Aulmann
Our Hotel has a limited Number of Underground parking spaces.
However, these duplex Garages allow parking only a car height of 1.50m (including Antenna, etc.).
If desired, we can provide you with a space for the duration of your stay.
We charge 14,00 Euro per night (or 3, - Euro per bike and 7,00 Euro for a Motorcycles.
The garage can be used from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.

ARRIVING BY CAR

The main entrance of Hotel Aulmann is located at Jakobsspitälchen 1, 54290 Trier, in the pedestrian zone.

Access by car is permitted for loading and unloading only. Parking is not available directly at the hotel entrance.

Our private underground car park is located at Metzelstraße 18, 54290 Trier. An advance parking reservation is required.

Additional public parking options are available within walking distance of Hotel Aulmann.

Arriving by Train

From Trier Central Station, take bus line 81 or 83 to the “Trier Galerie” stop.

From there, Hotel Aulmann is approximately 120 metres away on foot.

Alternatively, you can walk from Trier Central Station to Hotel Aulmann in approximately 16 minutes. The walking distance is about 1.3 km.

Approach by bicycle

A bicycle docking station is located just a few metres from the main entrance of Hotel Aulmann.

We also offer bicycle parking in our garage for €3 per bicycle. Advance reservation is required.

Alternatively, secure bicycle parking is available at the public bicycle parking facility in Trier city centre, near the Porta Nigra.

TOURISM TAX

The City of Trier charges a tourism tax. This tax must be paid locally by every non-resident guest.

The tourism tax is 4% of the accommodation price (4.5% from July 2027) and is payable in addition to the booked accommodation.

Check-in: 14:00 – 19:00

Check-out: 11:00

From 2027: Check-in from 15:00 – 19:00.

LATE CHECK-IN

Late check-in after 19:30 is only possible by prior arrangement with the hotel.

A valid credit card is required. Payment will be processed on the day of arrival. After payment, your room access code will be sent to you by email.

Late Check-In

For standard bookings, your room is guaranteed until 6:00 pm.

To guarantee your reservation after 6:00 pm, a valid credit card is required.

Late check-in after 7:30 pm is only possible by prior arrangement with Hotel Aulmann.

The amount for your stay will be charged to your credit card on the day of arrival. Once payment has been received, we will send your personal access code by email.

This code gives you access to the hotel and your room.
